I had mine Three Weeks And I Wore Them Eight Days Out Of Those Three Weeks. They play the blame game. They are saying it's my phone model or my carrier. Well that is typical of companies they don't tell you the truth in their commercials. WELL I LEARNED AN EXPENSIVE LESSON SIXTY FIVE HUNDRED DOLLAR LESSON. I would give them zero stars but you can't do 👎🤥🤧!!!!!!! So apparently they need the money more than I do and I am retired again companies taking advantage of the elderly !!!!!!!! They override my hands free Bluetooth in my car and I can't use speaker phone on my phone it hangs up on who I am talking to and they can't call back it goes to voicemail 🤥!!!!!!! I threw mine in the garbage right there in front of them!!!! Typical of BIG Companies they post a phone number and you call Three Times No Return Call, All they do is post a number to prove to Google that they tried to reach out to the complainees and then they try to say you didn't call miracle ear. Well their commercials are a joke because all Companies Have An Excuse of why it's your Phone Or Your Carrier. Well Apparently They Need That Sixty -Five Hundred Dollars More Than Me. That's Okay One Day Your Company will Get What's Coming To Them and That Is How Life Works Well Shame On Your Company 🤥!!!!!!

Everyone in the office is wonderful.. when you have an appointment they’re always on time and care about you and how your hearing aids are working for you.
