  Excellent service. I went there recently without an appointment to report a problem with my hearing aid charger.Dr. Ross Deavours heard me talking to her office assistant and came out to see what the problem might be. She immediately took care of my concerns and ordered me some new equipment. I have always received fast and courteous service from Ross and her staff. I highly recommend this business to anyone with hearing difficulties. You will receive a warm reception and empathetic care from Ross. She is highly professional and extremely competent. Aside from these qualifications, both she and her staff make you feel like you are part of a team on a quest to make your life a lot more enjoyable.
