  They care about your health. They are very nice and are professional in your health. When you are sick they work hard to get you feeling better. I highly recommend them to my friend and family for all your health care needs.

  Previously changed pediatricians to different clinic because the wait time was outrageous and the doctor’s seemed unconcerned about anything dealing with my children at IMPC. Now I’m getting calls from a no caller id. I had my husband answer due to the fact that I am currently sick and without a voice. The woman then argued with my husband about how she is not supposed to call from her personal phone and that is why she is using no caller id. 1, the information has been swapped over and they should be knowledgeable in the fact that my child is no longer seen there. 2, act with professionalism and do not call from a no caller id and then be ugly about it when you are asked why.

  My family and I were at a family member’s home Thursday, doing laundry and enjoying electricity after being in the cold and dark in Oxford since early last Sunday morning. My wife started having some tooth and gum pain. We went to the urgent care portion. They go us back with little wait (she is a brand new patient for that family of clinics), and assessed her quickly. The FNP was very professional, attentive, and thorough. They exceeded our expectations. If you are in need of a PCP for yourself, child, grandchild, or know of someone who is, consider IM&PC. I think you will be satisfied with the care they deliver. Happy Husband
