I was disappointed to learn that Guy, a staff member at the store, informed me that there is a $10 minimum required purchase in order to buy a product. This policy was not clear at the time of entry, and I found it frustrating as I was simply looking to purchase a single item. It created an unnecessary inconvenience and left me with a negative impression of the store’s customer service. I understand that businesses have policies in place, but it would be helpful if this minimum purchase requirement was communicated more clearly at the outset to avoid confusion or frustration for customers.
