He doesn't pressure you to come three times a week and is very thorough in explaining how the spine works and how it can get out of alignment. He also offered easy exercises to do at home to stay limber and mobile to mitigate future agitation. Best experience I have ever had with quickly fixing back pain and learning how to avoid it later. Great doctor!!!
