- EMEric MuNov 14, 20251.0I am very disappointed with this eyeglass store. My mother spent nearly $700 on a pair of glasses, and within just one year they broke due to a quality issue. When she went back to ask for help, the staff showed no responsibility and offered no real solution. Our whole family has been using this store for years, but after this experience, we will no longer be coming back. The poor quality and unhelpful attitude were truly disappointing.

Last year, I purchased a pair of glasses here and paid almost $700 for what they said was a high-quality, durable frame. After just a little over one year, the frame cracked at the connection point. When I brought it back, I was told that it could not be repaired and that I had to pay $171 for a replacement frame. This was very surprising because in the past, the store always helped us replace frames for free, especially when it was clearly a quality issue. I feel that this is very unfair and unprofessional. After being a loyal customer for so many years, I did not expect to be treated this way. I am very disappointed with the service and will seriously consider taking my business elsewhere in the future.
