- BCbianca collinsDec 14, 20221.0Medicine is NEVER ready when they say it's going to be ready. Received a text stating my medicine was ready 2 hours ago and I get here and still have to wait 45 minutes to pick it up because it's not ready. Absolutely ridiculous!!!
- RVRicco VanceJan 7, 20221.0I rarely ever use this pharmacy but solely for its proximity I gave it a chance. It took over 3 hours to get my prescription filled. No phone call nor text alert to communicate backlog or anything. Even when I called to check before driving to the store, I was left in the queue for over 15 minutes. My last straw was coming back to the store an hour beyond the one hour I was told it would take to fill the order (antibiotic eye drops). Still I was told that it would take 30 more minutes. To say I am “pissed” is below an understatement. The line from pharmacy almost to the front door along with the congested line in “drive-thru” has solidified my decision to NEVER use Kroger Pharmacy on I-55North.
