  From” check in “ to “check out “ the Eye Institute of Mississippi is a friendly polite experience! When I call I actually speak with a real person! This office truly cares about their patients -I appreciate them so much!

  I was greeted by Michelle where she checked me in and was super sweet and knew what to do. Then I was greeted by Allison who is patient and fantastic at her job. She was quick, efficient, and kind. Lastly, Josh was very helpful , kind, and helped me. I want to give a shoutout to Kim (I think her name is). She is a contact goddess. The price was extremely fair and I got everything I needed. Everyone needs a raise.

  My mom had a doctors appointment at 1pm. They called us back about 1:05pm. I noticed it was 2pm and we were still waiting. When asked how much longer before he comes in , I was told by the nurse we would be next. About 2:25 pm I went out to use the phone and saw Mr. Terrell checking out another patient that had come in way after us. When he finally came in The room I asked him why every time we come to the appointment that it takes so long for him to see us. He stoped me and said we could find another doctor. I just was in disbelief, and said we was waisting time asking questions. I immediately told my 81 year old mom that we will not be returning back. He tried to get nice at the end but the damage was already done. I believe he sees the African Americans patients last

  This clinic is the most professional and efficient eye care clinic I've visited in this area. I've taken my elderly parent here for years and I'm now a patient myself. I especially commend them for their cleanliness between patients and their kindness and respect to others.
