One person answered once, said they saw my name flagged, and promised a manager would call me back—no one ever did. I keep receiving notices of attempted charges/late fees for a membership I’ve only used once and can’t physically travel to cancel. Corporate billing stated only the local studio can help, but no one will respond. Extremely frustrating experience.
