  Whoever tells the system that glasses are ready needs to be fired like today. I been here since 12:50 for a hour pair of glasses. They keep saying 15 mins Thirty minutes later and I'm pissed. Had to call my job twice and explain why I'm behind cause y'all keep lying about them being done. Five people just walked out cause y'all system say they're done yet get here and oh it's another 15 mins. They guy with dreads keeps walking off talking shit with the other guy instead of checking to see what's done. No sense of urgency what so ever...Y'all used to be the truth now Walmart as better and faster service and they don't constantly lie to you...Walmart is the place to go now the one that used to be at eyemart are gone. Whoever is coming to check this place review the cameras wait time and walk out along with the labs slips. Been coming here since 2004 and this is straight bull..

  Hate out of my Eyewear years I didn't make this my first choice. Absolutely love the atmosphere of the office. Everyone was very friendly, helpful, and nice. Keep doing a superb job!!!!

  Wonderful experience first time being in, fast and professional got my glasses back within 45 minutes. When my baby girl got hers and put her glasses on, she said ooooo mama 🤣 bc she could see had everyone laughing.. we will be back

  My experience inside the store was great. I hate to report what happened after that. I ordered 3 pair of glasses. 2 regular eyeglasses and 1 pair of sunglasses. One was supposed to be done in one hour and the others mailed to me 2/3 days. I called in 1 hour and the glasses weren’t ready. Called 4 hours later, still no glass. Was told they broke the frames trying to put lens in them. This was a Saturday 2/7 call would be mailed to me on Monday 2/9. I waited. On the next Monday 2/16 to call again. They told me a second pair of the same frames that were broken before had been broken again and the had to order them so that’s was the reason I had not received them. They offered me an additional pair that I didn’t pick out myself for the trouble. I didn’t need an additional pair I needed the 3 I paid for. Finally on 2/21 I received them. But the pair that was broken twice are terribly defective. The lens look fogged and I cannot use them. I am now schedule to go to a local eye center to get glasses after I spent over $40O with this company. Zero help when you call. Don’t waste your time!
