They have lots of frames and your glasses are ready for pickup within an hour. Mine were ready within about 30 minutes. Impressive, but what really blew me away was the customer service. I was losing my health and vision insurance the next day, so l had to make a decision about how to best use my credit for glasses vs contacts. I went back and forth on my decision several times, and Morgan A. was the definition of great customer service. Not once did she seem annoyed with my requests to figure pricing with and without insurance (and with insurance again). I really appreciated her patient customer service, and I'll keep using EyeMart Express for glasses.
