  Figuring out the sign in process was a bit awkward.. in addition to all the "sign in" signs at the unattended reception desk.. they need to add a sign that says.. this desk is unattended and LOOK BEHIND you to sign in at the obscure kiosk in the waiting room. BUT the employees were nice and efficient and relatively painless and that's probably what matters the most!

  Trish was outstanding. She was kind and efficient. I barely felt the stick. The gentleman that signed me in has also been my phlebotomist previously and he was also a great stick. Kudos to your staff.

  This place is sketchy and unprofessional. You call the number to get an appointment and you get only an automated service. The only made it service gives you the hours to choose for your appointment. However, The automated service also includes hours that they do not go by when you show up for your appointment. The only way to know is to go there in person look at their door of hours of operation and then you got to call the number and use the automated service to make appointments. Three times I went there. And I could not get in even though I had an appointment. And getting any information from them is just about impossible. Very sketchy place I highly recommend you stay away from here if at all possible.
