  I was the 4th person on the sign in list. I sat there for an hr & 1/2, waiting. Nobody even acknowledged me sitting there, that whole time. I am chronically ill, with pots and almost passed out 3 times while sitting there. When I walked up to the counter to asked what the hold up was, 2 of the workers and myself, seen on the list that they had completely skipped over my name, and seen at least 15 more patients who came in after me! Every other name was crossed out, but mine! And all they'd tell me is "We dont know how this happened", but offered no apology and still expected me to sit there and wait! They took no accountability, only saying "We donno who did this, or why". Theres no way, that was an accident. This was intentional. Somebody HAD of seen my name wasnt crossed out yet. Needless to say, I was so mad, i walked out. I needed my glasses ASAP. But walked out, still half blind. When I got home, I called to talk to a manager (yes, I was going to go Karen on them). But was told a manager wouldn't be there until Mon (this was on Fri). I told them who i was, and said i need to talk to somebody about my experience that had just happened. She told me "Yeah, i know who you are, and We told you we dont know how that happened" I said "Yeah, you all made that clear at the time, but theres 3 workers there and nobody would take accountability or even offer an apology". Thats when she hung on me.

  This place SUCKS! they lost my prescription, didnt call me for 3 WEEKS. when i asked for a discount, they refused. Stay away from this place

  Brailyn was absolutely the BEST!!!! She was so so helpful, friendly, nice, one of the best personalities I have ever met!! I would give her more than 5 stars if I could!!! So happy with her service!!

  Janice helped us and was able to even satisfy my 9 yr old granddaughter. Janice had patience with her and her very exasperating picks for frames. This all within an afternoon where it was busy and everyone it seemed who walked in wanted to be waited on immediately. She was great
