Gulfport Behavioral Health System in Gulfport, Mississippi, has offered evidence-based, compassionate behavioral health treatment to the Mississippi Gulf Coast for more than 40 years. Our inpatient behavioral health programs help adults, adolescents, pre-adolescents, and children (as young as 4) work through emotional or mental health issues and co-occurring addictions to achieve lives of mental wellness. Our inpatient programs provide 24-hour short-term intensive care in a caring and therapeutic environment. Some of the emotional or mental health issues we treat include anxiety disorders, depression, suicidal ideations, actions that harm self or others, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and dual diagnosis.
