I want to start by saying that this clinic does a lot of good for the community, and the staff members I interacted with were all friendly. However, after two back‑to‑back visits, I feel it’s important to share my experience.
My first visit was for my daughter’s annual checkup. Unfortunately, she was forgotten in the exam room twice (30 minutes the first time an hour, the second time). The doctor eventually circled back, realized what happened, and apologized on behalf of the staff. I was frustrated but willing to be understanding and give them another chance.
The second visit was supposed to be a simple vaccine booster. While booking I specifically stated it was for the vaccine only.
Once we were taken back, the staff began performing a wellness exam. I stopped them and explained—again—that we were only there for the second dose of a vaccine that had to be spaced six months apart.
The nurse became flustered and insisted my daughter was due for a wellness visit. I declined and reminded her that this appointment was only for the booster. She left to check the records and returned to say my daughter wasn’t even due for the second vaccine yet— it was 4 days too early. She then suggested we stay for the wellness visit and additional vaccines anyway. I declined and requested a refund of our co‑pay since nothing had been done. (They did refund)
While everyone was polite, there seems to be a major disconnect in communication and patient handoff. After the first visit, I was annoyed but willing to return just to complete the vaccine series before finding a new provider. After the second experience, we’ve decided not to go back.
My advice: the staff is friendly, but the clinic is not well‑organized. If you choose to book an appointment, double‑check everything to avoid confusion.

This place is a joke. I made my Appointment on September 30th For a broken molar and the earliest they could get me in was October 30. Then it comes to my appointment date and they call me and say they have to reschedule because of something happening and now they can’t get me in until December. This place can care less about their customers. Needless to say, I will not be back.
