  I had an 11:40am appointment I signed in at 11:35am and selected the “text my phone” option and I was not notified or seen plus was told by the nurse after the fact that I should have stayed in the lobby but not by the device that gave me the option to be text when ready. This was very inconvenient and stopped my process for getting the proper treatment I needed. I have not had a pleasant visit to this establishment for any reason

  I had a very pleasant experience here. Francesca is professional, kind, and skilled at drawing blood seamlessly. I was in and out before I could look at my phone. 💯👍🏿

  Fran is phenomenal! I had a little hiccup and she was calm, patient and very helpful. I didn’t have to leave, she made sure my order was in so I could receive quick and needed service! I HIGHLY recommend. Added plus: it didn’t even hurt! I love her!
