I replied 'CANCEL' multiple times but continued receiving appointment reminders. I had to leave voicemails to finally get it resolved. Also, verify your specific doctor is listed correctly in your insurance directory before going, or you risk coverage issues. The front desk seems disconnected from their automated system.

She is an all around great doctor, but her staff and the phone system is horrible. The lack of care and follow up when you send a message through the Breeze portal is horrible. I don't like changing doctor's but if she can't get better help, it may be in my best interest to seek further healthcare.
