  I’m so glad the Club made it to Flowood. It’s my moment for self care, even with the issues I have with my hip, knees and shoulder. They work with me to become stronger.

  i’ve only done the 30 min intro class so far but it was enough for me to want to come back. and i’ve already got my next 8 classes scheduled. reesheda was incredible!

  I have loved getting back to into exercise. I feel myself getting stronger. I have a bad back and the support of the machine really helps. I do struggle when we use other items to exercise with. I prefer the smaller classes because I get a little more personalized instruction.
