  I hate Kroger pharmacy. I don’t like most others much better but they just seem rude and don’t care! I guess they don’t realize if everyone transfers their prescription they won’t have a job???

  I visited the pharmacy on Feb 25, 2026 at 6:33pm to pick up a prescription. As I walked toward the pick up counter I noticed 2 women in the pharmacy...a white lady that was standing behind the glass just looking into the store, the other woman was busy sorting prescriptions. When I walked to the pick up counter I was asked for my information...name, DOB and such, which I gave. The white lady looked my direction, without moving, and told me the other woman would help me shortly. I replied, "Or you could help me" which i didn't say loud enough for her to fully hear. She then proceeded to ask me what I had just said. I wasn't wanting a confrontation so I simply said, "That's fine". Her response was "That is not what you just said, and I want to know what you did say." I told her that I had said, " Or you could help me now", as the other lady was clearly busy at the time and she was just standing there doing absolutely nothing. Her response to me was, " That's not my job". I have no idea who this lady is, nor what her job title or duties might be. I honestly don't care if she is a worker, the Pharmacist, or the owner of Kroger...if she is wearing a Kroger uniform, standing in the pharmacy, drawing a paycheck then it IS her job to help customers and not put the work off on the other workers that are busy performing other duties. I see by the reviews that others must have had experiences with this woman as well. Its a shame that the managers at Kroger allows this lady to wear a Kroger uniform. I, at no point, said anything to this lady to justify the treatment and attitude she displayed, I simply mentioned that she could help me while the other woman was busy...to which I was told "wasn't her job". I would like to thank Skylr...she is the woman that was busy when I walked up, but still made time to get my prescription and complete my transaction...all while the other other woman stood in the same spot and did nothing. Again, I can not believe Kroger allows ANY employee to treat their customers with such disrespect and disregard....no matter what thinks her job is. I'm sorry for anyone who has to deal with this lady.
