  dr King has probably saved my life more than once and I appreciate it, but his staff Is lacking I am currently being seen by Lauren Beasley, who never answers my damn calls. I have requested several times and never get an answer back from her. Very disappointed. I have been a patient of Dr King for many years and recently the service has quite frankly sucked I liked Dr. Adams and Dr King. Dr. Beasley never returns my phone calls. I had a PT scan over a month ago requested several times to talk to her. Her nurses have sent messages to her and saying that she will call she never does. And I am quite frankly pissed off at this level of customer service Toward a patient. Dr King and Dr. Adams are excellent cardiologist but it seems like Ing out there work to incompetent under studies Who don’t give a damn about their patients.

  Very unprofessional will never answer the phone won't call you to let you know they reschedule an appointment and lie to you

  Waited an hour and a half past my appointment time for my first appointment. I set second appointment for early in the morning and still was 45 minutes late being called. No apologies, just "yes, we get busy." Tried to call on two different occasions to follow up on returning my cardiac monitoring equipment. No one answered the phone, although it was inside office hours. They might be skilled physicians (although I only got to see an NP), but their patient interaction and communication is poor at best.
