- MFMinnie FridgeMar 31, 20251.0Even tho the turn around time is amazing this pharmacy will double charge its customers even if you have insurance that may cover your whole prescription they will tell you things such as “your insurance will not pay for the whole prescription” and they will force you to pay more money out of pocket when you really shouldn’t have too because those same medications would be free at Kroger, Walgreens or Walmart. I was being nice because I respect mom and pops pharmacy but the attitudes they have now are no longer friendly the customer service and greed has plagued them!!!

I fly back and forth to TX for my grandson chemo treatments as well my dad's cancer just returned on top of that (wait for it) my husband is deployed and I have a senior that's lost in this shuffle. I see and understand completely why this pharmacy has a 2.7. The staff is grossly no empathetic. Ms. Ashley your are not good at your job. I pray you all are better customer service reps that what I received from you all.
