  I contacted the pharmacy due to my luggage was lost and my medicine was in the suitcase. The young lady I speak with said we can do 10 Flexeril. Once I got to the pharmacy there was nothing ready. The pharmacist came over and stated that once sent to him he would not process the order. It would have been nice if maybe someone gave me a call so that I did not waste a trip there. The pharmacist actually told me that Flexeril was a controlled substance. That could not be further from the truth. My husband is 23 years in military and I am in MS to take care of my dad which passed from Cancer a few months ago. Now, my grandbaby has Cancer. It's unbearable to sit there with him with no type of medicine. Instead of them calling me back to advise that it could not be filled. Instead, they were there laughing. Instead of the pharmacist saying please come in and I can explain the situation. He actually said can you move so that we may wait on someone else as if I were nothing. I understand the rating that they have and every word is true. I've had 8 stomach surgeries in the last 6 years. I am prescribed medication for pain, which I was not asking for that to be refilled. He flat out lied regarding muscle relaxers being a controlled substance. His name was Josh or Justine. I pray every day that he receives better treatment than he ever gave me.

  I'm trying to figure out why does it take days for fill almost any type of prescription you sent there. You have to call to get them to fill it in a timely manner. They are often having to "order" meds that other pharmacies seemly regularly have on hand. I don't get any calls or notifications if there is a issue with a prescription. When you get there they seem to be workin doing something. I'm only saying doing something because whatever they doing it's not producing great results and the time of it all is just outrageous. Was was going to CVS in Richland but the drive became unnecessary and the kroger price for one of my meds was better. At first kroger pharmacy seemed just as good as any but as of atleast the past year or more it seems whatever system they are using to get theses orders out doesn't have the customer in mind

  One of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a drive through pharmacy. I highly recommend doing business with them.

  Been getting medication here for several years, lost my business today, have no desire to listen to anyone have a mouth and bring drama, when I'm just there to pay for medication
