  I went in asking about the child care provided at this location and the guy who helped me was amazing at explaining everything to me. Hopefully I’ll have time to come back in SOON to get set up with them so while I’m working out my little one is somewhere safe. Also the anime figurines behind the counter on the shelf are amazing! Absolutely loved it!

  Very nice establishment! I enjoy the atmosphere and cleanliness. I like working out on the e machines and then enjoying the sauna!

  5 stars just isn’t enough to rate Spartan! They deserve way more. It is a very clean and friendly facility. They always speak when you walk through the door. That in itself speaks volumes! I absolutely love the equipment I use whether it be to gain muscle, get my cardio in, or just to de-stress. They have ALL my needs covered!
