- JDJolee DaaeJun 6, 20231.0The dr is brusk and shows no sympathy towards the kids when they are hurting. She talks loudly about the patients negative medical conditions. Multiple kids with parents in one room together. So medical anonymity is not a thing. My daughter had to get a tooth extracted and the Dr spoke to her so demeaning. Then she physically held her down while raising her voice at my daughter to pull the tooth while my daughter was screaming in pain. Mind you… this is in front of other parents and kids. I should have stopped it immediately But I just was overwhelmed and thought maybe this was normal for tooth extraction until I took her to another dentist and they were shocked. I must say the two assistants that helped were kind. They looked horrified too at the whole situation.
