Beware their billing practices... Went for an annual checkup on 2/6/26 at 7:45am. All went as normal with the exam (eye test, dilation, eye pressure, etc). Dr. told me that she was impressed that my vision had not changed in two years and that coming in once/year for checkup was perfect. When I went to leave, the lady at front desk charged me $234. I thought this was very high since annual eye exams had been a simple co-pay. The young lady told me that was the amount that my insurance said I had to pay. I paid it with my debit card and figured something had changed with insurance (that I was unaware of). I was given no paperwork and had to ask to get a receipt for my debit card payment.
After getting home, I checked my insurance and sure enough, my annual eye exam should have been a $10 copay.
I contacted the office at 10:45am (same day) to have this corrected. I was told that, since "I'd received a medical diagnosis", the visit had been filed under my health insurance. That they could not bill both insurances. Then I was told that my $10 copay was actually included in what I'd paid.
I told the person that I'd received no "medical diagnosis", had received zero paperwork, and actually had to specifically ask for even a receipt for payment. Nope, they wouldn't budge.
On 2/7/26 at 8PM, I got an automated text message asking if I was satisfied with my visit. When I responded 'no', I got a response that someone would be in touch with me within 24-48 hours to address my concerns... Yeah, today is 2/15/26 and I've received no call, text, or other communication. The $234 charge posted to my bank account on 2/9/26.
But, since the automated text message did ask for a Google review, I thought that this is the least I could do. I will not be back.
I'm now digging into which regulatory bodies I can report this to. It's not right to improperly bill insurance (and patients) this way.

Son went for eye exam. No warning about dilation. Handed him the temporary sunglasses without a warning to put them on before walking outside on a bright sunshine day. Careless, thoughtless and dangerous. A warning about the effects should be given upfront!

I’m updating this review to 1 star! It’s been over 2 months since my appointment on September 22nd. I ordered contacts and have never gotten a response back if they were in. I’ve called their office multiple times both the Biloxi and ocean springs location and keep getting the voice mail. This is down right ridiculous, I paid for those contacts and I can’t even get a answer to when they are there. I work during their business hours and have limited time to drive all the way to ocean springs especially not even knowing if they have my contacts. On Top of being charged a addition fee for who knows what, my copay was paid that day along with the overage from coverage on my contacts. I’ve reached out through their website contact and still nothing.
[Over all it was a pretty good experience. Techs were nice and the doctor as well. Wait times was a little longer then expected. Clinic is very clean. Would recommend for all those looking.]

These wonderful (and I mean it!) eye doctors work in both Ocean Springs and at their Biloxi clinic, so I'm very familiar with their work and quick (soothing) results. I also got LASIK from Dr. Bahadur and have 2020 vision now. My family goes to them and we all are so pleased. I agree - the best on the coast! (They also have a Gulfport clinic.)
