  I have been with Dr. Roybal for years and I was seen yesterday by the new Dr. Nguyen and I am not sure what the hell happened. Went to a my cleaning 6 months with NO ISSUES and yesterday well I have 9 issues and a lot of other work to be done and I am not sure where the ball fell either Roybal missed it or the new Dr is that good that she is just preventing things from going on but I have always asked because I am paranoid about my teeth and ask every time how are my teeth? Do you see any issues? it was fine the last time I went in and yesterday was a nightmare. I have no choice but to go get a second opinion. Only things that could be wrong is Roybal never caught it or did not bother to tell me of any issues OR the new Dr is on point and someone has failed ME horribly! I have loved Dr. Roybal for ever but this is not acceptable at all. My coworker got similar experience as well. So are we just making insurance claims or what is going on? In a six month period nobody should have the issues I do in that short amount of time when I was told "Everything looks great" see you next time! I am in shock and appalled and I expected better than this from Dr. Roybal. ALL of that and insurance covers half which is whatever but we shall see Monday what the new dentist says. I hope they are right but if they are I still have to deal with the issues that could of been PROVENTED HAD I BEEN TOLD!

  Best dental experience!!! I used to hate the dentist, but Dr. Nguyen made me feel comfortable and eased my anxiety. I went to couple other places for specific pain, and no one could figure out the problem. She found the problem immediately and was able to fix it right away. She was thorough and explained everything so that I can understand better. Haven't had any pain since! Staff was also super friendly and easy to talk to!

  i’ve been a patient here for a while and every visit has been a great experience. the whole team is friendly and professional! DR NGUYEN and DR ROYBAL will take the time to explain everything clearly and genuinely cares about your dental health! i know i am in good hands every time i come in!!

  I had a wonderful visit with Dr. Nguyen. She listened to the issues I was having and was able to get me back in quickly for treatment. I’m so thankful the pain is gone!
