- KRKenedy RogersMar 20, 20251.0First time using this pharmacy. I’ve been here 2 days in a row trying to pick up 3 meds. The first day they were called in and they took over 2 hours to fill. I came to the pharmacy the day they were called in and they told me 30 mins. I came back an hour later and they still were not ready. So I waited another hour in store. They did not tell me the other med I needed was having to be ordered. I came back the next day after they texted me saying it was ready after CALLING THEM the morning before Coming and they still weren’t ready. Mind you I called at 12 and showed up at 2:50. Then they proceeded to try to fill a med I got the day before. Do better. This is ridiculous.

She called to the pharmacy to ask a question regarding some medication and a VERY rude inappropriate comment was made in the background. Yes the comment was directed towards her because the person clearly said her first name. Before she got off the phone she let the guy she was speaking with know she heard the comment that was made. They were so loud and "GHETTO" it sounded like a party in the background the whole time she was on the phone. The guy she was speaking with apologized for the situation and said that it would be reported to the manager. They called my mother the next morning to apologize and offered her a $25 gift card and 100 fuel points but she still does not feel comfortable enough to keep having her prescriptions filled there and I do not blame her!!! Goodbye Kroger Pharmacy in Batesville! DO NOT GO TO THIS PHARMACY!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEES AND THEY OPENLY DISCUSS CUSTOMERS' MEDICAL INFORMATION!!!
