First time using this pharmacy. I’ve been here 2 days in a row trying to pick up 3 meds. The first day they were called in and they took over 2 hours to fill. I came to the pharmacy the day they were called in and they told me 30 mins. I came back an hour later and they still were not ready. So I waited another hour in store. They did not tell me the other med I needed was having to be ordered. I came back the next day after they texted me saying it was ready after CALLING THEM the morning before Coming and they still weren’t ready. Mind you I called at 12 and showed up at 2:50. Then they proceeded to try to fill a med I got the day before. Do better. This is ridiculous.

This pharmacy’s quality has drastically gone down over the years. Either you wait in a long line or they don’t have your prescriptions ready when they said. Just today when I arrived no one was in line, I waited there for over 5 minutes before being acknowledged. I wasn’t greeted or thanked for my patience. I find this a very poor way to treat your customers and I’d love to see improvement with the staff.
