  I went to this urgent care on yesterday after developing redness, burning, nausea, and fatigue that matched a previous allergic reaction I’ve had. I told them about my history, but they were dismissive and almost didn’t run a strep test until I asked twice (when I stated that strep also has given me these same symptoms in the past). They brushed off the idea of an allergic reaction because I didn’t have hives. My primary care doctor later prescribed steroids after I messaged them last night still miserable , and I improved within hours. I left urgent care feeling ignored and disappointed. I hope they learn that not all allergic reactions look the same. Now I am out a copay and probably have a larger bill coming in the mail.

  The PA & nurse I saw were very personable and helpful. The registration was easy and my wait was short, an all-around seamless experience.

  I’ve been to the clinic twice and very impressed with the staff. The two different nurse practitioners I saw were awesome, very thorough and caring.
