  Absolutely inhuman care and rudeness from the at home healthcare nurses. Jennifer is the rudest nurse I've ever ran across in my entire life she has no business at all taken care of people. If you value your family's health I would definitely find somewhere else! Update: Contacted the manger 2 times both times refused care for love one after covering up for nurse. They left my father with no care!!! Please do you self a favor do not trusted these folks with loved ones!!!

  Over the last 90 days, I have undergone 2 major, complex surgeries that required home health care. I used SSM because that's who my surgeon recommended, and boy am I glad I did! I cannot say enough good things about my 2 home health ANGELS! They were seriously two of the best humans on this planet and I am so thankful they were sent to me both times. Kris, my physical therapist, fit right into our home, always loving on my silly animals. She gave it to me straight and didn't caudle me. She worked me and pushed me in the best way possible to get me to a point where I could walk like a normal person for the first time in my 42 years of life! There were times that I was feeling really down about it, and we were concerned I would never walk "normal", but here I am, ready to take on the world! (Well, once this most recent knee finally heals all the way. But it's lookin good!) Not only was Kris the best, but Melanie was a great nurse as well! She was always so sweet, and listened to any concerns I had. She never minimized what I told her, or spoke to me like I didn't know anything. She talked to me like a normal human. They both treated me, and all of my family members, with respect, and they both always had a smile on their face! I will never use any other home health care as long as they are there! I looked forward to their visits and am convinced that they are the reason I managed to not go insane while being stuck at home for several weeks. Thanks Kris and Melanie! I genuinely enjoyed our time together. Thanks for everything you have done to get me where I am. And yes, I cried a little after Kris left for the last time.
