- LMLaura Maggison4 days ago2.0This location is DIRTY. There is mold and dirt everywhere and the toilets are always out of service. There were 3 employees sitting around chatting while there was dirt/mud all over the floor. There’s been the same dirt pile on the turf floor for a week now.
- AAAngelina AngelinaMar 28, 20261.0If there was a way to not put a star in definitely wouldn't of left even 1 star as I have tried to leave a review to get trew there lines to talk to a person and I can not get threw their automated answing service to a real live person to find out if my insurance will cover me coming to there jym and what all they might have there for someone my age and for my health to try and get healthier To me this is a loss of customer's i would really like to go to this gym but eliminating real people answering there phones does not answer all questions So I guess I will look into other gyms This gyms should really consider having real people answering there phones, also yes I tried calling a couple of other planet fitness gyms all with the same results no way to get a live person on the phone computer virtual answering systems are not always able to take care of everyone's call so there should be an option for needing to talk to an actual representative at this location

- CMCooper MarshallJan 26, 20262.0Been going for 5 months without any problems. Facilities seemed nice and workers were great. However, showed up today and got turned down at the door for not being old enough to workout alone without a guardian. We asked the age requirements to workout without a guardian and stated I was 15 and we were told we are ok to come in without a guardian. I proceeded to go for 5 more months with no problems and not stopped once. When we were stopped today we had to cancel my membership on the spot and now have to search for a new gym.
