At my latest appointment I was laying down and had been alone for a little over thirty or so minutes. No one came to check on me or to see if I was done with the machine that was used to ease my neck pain. When I checked the time, I realized I had only a few minutes to get to work. I got up and went to the receptionists desk and told them I needed to leave soon. They were very apologetic and quickly got the doctor. My appointment went by very quickly after that and I was sent on my way. Overall, they're very nice and professional. What's stated above is the only complaint I have.
