Of course my family had mentioned my loss for a while, but Lesley actually proved it and then showed how much more enjoyable life could be with improved hearing. She walked me through the process of testing and my specific loss ranges. She asked great questions about my lifestyle in order to match my hearing aids with my lifestyle needs. Lesley went above and beyond to recommend an audio clip to connect with my (Android) cell phone for calls, music and even directions while driving. You have no idea how much easier it is to navigate unknow routes when your hearing aids are streaming the directions. One of the most obvious improvements in my life came when eating dinner in a restaurant. I could actually hear and carry on a conversation with the person/people at the table. I hadn't been able to do that in years. I was always the one smiling and nodding as if I heard what people were saying. What an amazing gift to now be able to take part in the conversation. From professionalism to the personal touch, Lesley is the best!!!!!
