- MIMyName IsMom1 day ago5.0Very friendly and efficient. It was easy to schedule my appointment online, the Dr. Was nice and knowledgeable, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They had me in and out with a new pair of glasses on thier way quickly. There are a lot of nice styles to choose from. I went with Esme in light pink crystal frames with blue light filtering and anti-fatigue lenses. The anti-fatigue lenses made a huge difference for me!

When I returned to pick glasses up the lenses were not correct. However, they sent them back to be redone. Again some fitting to get vision correct took awhile. The whole time I did not feel rushed & she was determined to get it right. And she did! I am very happy with my new glasses. Thank you Maddy & everyone else that was so patient.

She without hesitation or getting aggravated tweaked them in-store both times we came back and I am able to see clearly..Maddie's service is outstanding and shes very friendly and acknowledges customers coming in with a friendly attitude! Warby Parker is lucky to have her as an employee representing their company. Give her a raise and/or reward her to ensure you dont lose her!! Thank you Maddie! 😀

Patience and Engaging are All of their Sales Associates which leads to Great Customer Care.
