  Berg Endodontics got me in quickly when I called about a root canal evaluation. I arrived at 4:15 and was evaluated, received a completely painless root canal, and was out the door by 5:05 PM. I was very impressed with how well the doctor and medical assistant worked together with very little communication needed. It was clear they have worked together for many years. I experienced no post-operative pain or infection. Overall, it was a very positive experience.

  My experience was very pleasant considering the circumstances of getting a root canal. The staff were very top notch as well as friendly and accommodating. Dr Berg was highly recommended and definitely rose to the occasion. I would definitely recommend to anyone needing a root canal that this is the place to come for care.

  The staff here had great communication skills and easily were able to communicate via email and text. That’s two stars! I I came in for a root canal. I was in the office what felt like five minutes before he said he couldn’t do a root canal because it needed to be pulled and for me to go to the front to pay for the office visit. After he said he couldn’t operate, I asked why I had been referred. Instead of explaining that it was normal procedure to refer or instead of gong over the x-ray, the doctor immediately said,”if somebody else wants to do it, you can go to them. But I’m not going to do it.” He told me the same things two other times before he finally turned around and explained the X-ray and the situation with the infection. I believe he was right that it probably needs to be pulled. But it for sure felt like they were an insurance play flipping through patients one $250+ insurance bill at a time. I wasn’t going to review until I was prompted twice by the great office staff to leave a review. 🤣
