- TCToni ChoateJan 1, 20265.0This was my first time going there. I got there early and was met as soon as I walked in. I was told that I could go to the waiting area or go check out the frames. I took my time picking out frames and then was taken back for my exam. Everything was explained to me before and then after. When I got finished with my exam and went back and got my frames and had Bill finish everything else. He was so nice and funny which always helps when I’m nervous. He got everything measured and got it all done and showed me my receipt so I knew what my insurance paid and what I had left to pay. He also told me I have good vision insurance which was good to hear. In all, it was a really good visit.
