Understanding Minds is a locally owned and operated practice committed to delivering trusted, confidential, and collaborative mental health services. With offices in South and West St. Louis County, we serve clients aged 3 and up from the St. Louis metro area, surrounding counties, and virtually throughout Missouri. Our therapists offer an array of services including individual, couples, family, and play therapy; psychological and academic evaluations; and consultations.
