    I had two referrals sent by my doctor. They told me they received them, so I called to make an appointment. A very rude woman answered and told me even though they received my referrals, I needed to wait for them to contact me. Months later, still haven’t heard ANYTHING, and I’m sure my referral is now expired. Waiting months to even be called for an appointment is unacceptable. If you’re booked out for months, fine, but at least let me put it on my calendar. I feel my diagnosis is unseen and unimportant to them.

    Garage under construction - Pickup trucks will be turned away. NO provision for handicap patients with appts. Alternative is 4-6 block walk with no shuttle available. UNACCEPTABLE ***** 4 of my 5 doctors are in the 3 Bellview buildings. l
