  This is not my usual stop for scans, but their first available worked out for me. The front desk team (MaKayla & Kiara) were great! A super friendly knowledgeable team with great energy in a professional setting. Bonus: fast check-in. Jordan was very knowledgeable about my scan and easy to talk to. Easy parking and easy to find. I'll come back here again! Thx ladies! :)

  The woman at the front desk was extremely rude. We walked in and were immediately hit with a "What are you here doing?" No Hello or even a HI. She barks orders at you or gives you short one word answers. Saying Thank you is met with an "mhmm" or a "yup"

  It is very frustrating to try to make an appointment here. I was on hold for 15 minutes the first time I called. Than I finally pressed 1 to leave a message, No one ever called me back. Four business days later, I tried to call again. I was on hold for 18 minutes, then finally pressed 1 again to leave a message and was disconnected! I called back again and was disconnected. I called the main hospital to try to get connected to the actual imaging center to see if I could make an appointment directly through them. The tech I talked to was very nice but could not make an appointment. It has to go through their scheduling center in Creve Couer. I guess I will have to start going somewhere else because I can't even make an appointment.

  Just FYI, if going for imaging the tech doesn't get there till 8am. So don't come here till after 8am. Wish I knew that before getting there at 7am
