  Always a great experience at this facility. Easy to schedule, fantastic providers, and front desk staff is very polite and professional.

  The doctor and nurses are great and care about helping. The front desk staff is a different story. Our prescription was sent to a closed pharmacy by mistake. I called SSM three times to request a transfer but no one picked up. I had to drive back to the facility to personally ask them to transfer it. To top things off, while I was waiting in the front lobby for it to be transferred, I called the front desk. The female with blue hair didn’t bat an eye and just let it ring and go to voicemail. The place was not busy and I was told “you could have just called to get it transferred”.

  Our child had to have a procedure done today. The staff, doctor, practitioner and nurses were absolutely amazing. Love the care and dedication they have for children. Amazing people and place. Thank you

  Our family are clients of 2 of their doctors at this location. Dr. Haberman and Dr. Bell are both amazing doctors. Their care and respect for patients is so comforting. Recommend these doctors as well as this location.
