  I had major anxiety every time I have to call in, the schedulers are not knowledgeable, you also are told to hold by a live person and then they disconnect the phone so you’re forced to wait on hold even longer. They have an online section to schedule appointment and they just cancel your appointment and make you call in anyway. I genuinely hate calling Dani’s Pediatrics to schedule anything. Please DO BETTER!!!

  We have gone here since my daughters were born, now 7 and 1, and we will NOT ever be coming back. - it is impossible to get the doctor you want. We ALWAYS have to see different doctors unless we wait months. - their staff is rude and refuse to accommodate anybody, even though they themselves are so disorganized and will cause tons if issues for their patients -appointments take HOURRRRS, even for a *healthy* child with no issues. -one of the charge nurses (lindsey) lacks any professionalism or common sense -the ONLY doctor ive been impressed with (but she had no room for new patients) was the female doc that specializes in lactation/breastfeeding So after tons of issues, today was the last straw for me. After calling many times over the course of 2 months, then waiting another 2 months to get my 2 girls in together, i finally took them to their check ups today. I had to drive an hour to get them from their gmas, and it was rush hour traffic. Our appt was at 3:15, and i was pulling into the lot at 3:14. I called to let them know I was parking and it would take me a few min to get upstairs. The front desk lady said "okay! I will let them know." Nothing more. No rush, no issues, nothing. By the time i checked in at the front desk (had issues finding my daughters in system) and got the 1/4 walk to the office with my baby and 7yr old in tow, it was 3:29. I checked them both in on the computer as quick as i could. I sat down by 3:35. Neither of my kids have any health issues. Just a general checkup and a few shots. Should be super easy. Instead, they call me up and say they could only see one kid. AFTER they watched me filling out all the check in forms, and knowing THAT PERSON just told me it was fine. Really? I waited 4 months for this appointment, and last time i was here you guys literally forgot about us in a room (no, im not kidding...) They ALWAYS have issues, and no doubt they wouldve still had me waiting another hour waiting in the room, but they insisted they could only see the baby and not my 7yr old. If you can see 1 child- you cant take the extra 5min to see my healthy 7yr old? It made no sense at all. I ended up just walking out of our appt today and leaving Danis pediatrics altogether. This place sucks. I get that i was late, but they never asked me to come early, and they certainly made it seem fine when i called to *inform them* i was late. Lindsey was the charge nurse today, and she was exceptionally rude/unaccomodating. I dont get how an office can be SO disorganized and unprofessional, but be SO strict (and rude, to be frank) with patients that have been coming 7+ years and literally *cant* come back another day OR wait another 4 months. Crazy. Dont even waste your time or energy here.

  The reason this place has awful reviews is because they are *literally* that awful. Last time we took my daughter there, we were left alone in a room for well over an hour with ZERO communication. We had already waited for and been seen by the nurse, waited for and seen the resident/student whoever it was, then finally we waited for our doctor (anne walentik). She came in, but then left to "go get shots and info on shots" and didnt come back for over an hour. Maybe even closer to 90min. We went out in the hall looking for someone 2 times just to be told the doc would be in soon. Finally we walked around looking for someone to tell them we were in a hurry now, just to find that everyone had gone to lunch! They literally left us in a room alone while the office went to lunch. We ended up finding the doctor with other staff eating at a computer area. It was ridiculous. All we needed was like 3 shots and to leave, but instead we left without completing our appointment, after a total of almost 3 hours being there. Thats insane for a check up for a baby. Not to mention, they never have availabity within a reasonable time unless you see some random doctor.

  I love to see Dr. Sallee she is the best of the best, today our check-in didn't go as smooth, but I too work In the medical field and I know sometimes people have bad day so I wanted to extend Grace to the charge nurse. I highly recommend Danis Peds to anyone who is looking for loving caring Doctors and their staff.
