  First the pros: Short wait time to be seen Very clean facility Staff are generally nice and kind Knowledgeable NPs Parking is validated for the garage Now the cons: First time I went, they offered inpatient and I didn’t want it. Only wanted a PRN med which they weren’t able to prescribe anything because of potential interactions with my other meds. Second time I went I wanted inpatient and they said I didn’t meet criteria, even though I was much worse off than the first time. They did prescribe meds this time, but also made a comment that this isn’t a “med spa” mkay because I had packed a bag with a change of clothes expecting to be inpatient? I probably wouldn’t visit here again, although I’m not sure anywhere else in Missouri is any better. Wish I was back in Arizona where the behavioral health care was so much better and easier to access.

  The folks here are compassionate, kind, and competent. More people need to know about this urgent care! If you’re in need of a prescription, if you need behavioral health help, this is the place to go if you’re trying to avoid the ER. I’m grateful to the professionals here for their incredible attitude and their expertise. I will be returning if I need them in a pinch again! Thanks y’all! ☺️💖💖💖

  The staff was very friendly, fast, and efficient. I was at a low point and they made me feel very safe and welcome. The building is clean and super nice as well

  Everyone here, the receptionists, counselors, and nurses were really kind and they handled everything very efficiently. I came in to refill a non-controlled prescription because I haven't gotten set up with a psychiatrist since moving to town. they were able to get me the prescription I need and provided a list of psychiatrists accepted by my insurance. Walk-in mental health clinics are hard to find in St. Louis, but I'm glad I found this one and that they were able to help me. Thanks guys!
