  Poor communication, prescriptions and physician orders not being sent until I called and staff said they would fax it staff was very rude and hung up

  The nurses and doctors are great but I will never return to that building again. The old guy who works the information desk by the front doors needs to retire. He is the rudest person I've met in the year I've lived in Saint Louis. I'd never been there before and he treated me like I was stupid for asking for directions. That's literally his job! On my way out, he was arguing with an elderly lady about how long it took her to get her wheel chair loaded! This is a medical clinic, sir, that's going to be a thing. There was literally nobody else around, she wasnt blocking traffic or anything. Besides its just not okay and I consider it borderline discrimination toward disabled elderly people. My dr called on my way out to tell me something important, so I stopped outside to take the call. You'd think I'd killed someone by the way that guy acted! Told me I had to go up to the 2nd floor to wait for my ride. 1st of all, that's not what's going on, I'm trying to hear if my dr needed me to come back upstairs and I've been standing here less than 90 seconds. 2nd, why would I wait for my ride on the 2nd floor of a building where I can't see if they are there and I could miss an Uber and get charged for that!?! That guy needs to retire because he obviously does not like his job. I have a serious medical condition, just had spinal surgery and now I have to find somewhere else to do my follow up and get treatment because I'm not going to be humiliated and made to cry every time I come. I'll also be calling the medical director there to complain. He is a loud, rude, and nasty man. Again, the doctors are great, it's the person sitting at the desk glaring at everyone when you come in or out of the doors. Terrible attitude.

  Just love this place. Nicest, most caring people ever. Never had an experience like this in ANY kind of office. Wish I could go there for everything!
