  I called today to schedule an appointment. They make it very hard to schedule. The woman that was on the phone sounded like she spoke from two rooms afar. I told her a couple of times I can't hear her well. She spent 5 min trying to spell my name then told me I need to stay on the phone for 15-20 min more to get my info. I asked what info would that be and she said social, address, employment verification. Why do you need employment verification to give me an exam - can't you just ask for my insurance number instead? I speak with a heavy accent, the person on the phone sounded like she was in a dungeon, she already spent 5 min spelling my name alone, there was no way spelling my address, company name, insurance info, etc. would have gone smooth. She said you cannot do that onsite, it needs to be done prior to scheduling. So you have no way but to spend 30 min making a simple appointment. Recommendation: - Ask for insurance number instead of this detailed quiz. If no insurance, take a credit card deposit - Create online signup form

  I have seen Dr. Rayle for two ENT issues and have had three visits to him. I cannot say enough good things about this wonderful Dr. He helped me with both issues. Great Dr. with compassionate bedside manor. Definitely a five star rating.
