  Okay, I was having one of the worst days of my life on monday december eighth, my Cadillac Escalade had been stolen. I totally miss my appointment. I made it up there when I could to the St.Marys Infusion Center. It's like three thirty and they're ready to leave the office...I mean they had everything put away cleaned up sanitized. I mean they even defrost the refrigerator... They were done for the day. Like ready to walk out the office, and I came in, the receptionist told me my appointment was canceled already, And i'm so sorry.The young woman at the desk at the window, wonderful, wonderful lady, and there was two nurses that helped me. and once again, I can't remember their names.Beautiful women that wonderful bedside manner. They took me in and did my Lab work they're really they were really professional and very good at their jobs. I wish we had more people like them in our world!! All this started because my daughter Maiya Miller, she's a Registered Nurse. She was yelling at me so much for missing my appointment, it almost made me cry. So I did my best and made it up there when I could. And it brought joy to my heart to be able to call my daughter, so she could hear the nurses in the background, she wouldn't have believed me that I went if I hadn't had done that.So I just want to say thank you, thank you, thank you to the receptionist, and the two nurses that didn't have to stay... Because they were done for the day. but they stayed to help me and i'm so sorry, I can't remember your names. After my next appointment on monday, I will have their names tattooed in my brain, and sing their praises from here on out. Very Happy and Satisfied with SSM!!! -Ron Miller
