- GGGrace GipsonMar 6, 20261.0I made my first appointment at the Tesson Ferry Location. My first appointment went ok but I had more questions that needed to be answered. I spoke with Katie several times on the phone over several days she told me the doctor would call me to answer any questions that I may have but the doctor never did. Instead of me talking to the doctor she would tell me what the doctor might of said in her own words. I asked her what the best time to call and talk to the doctor she said 11am on Friday because that are not that busy and thats the only time the doctor is in. I said ok. Then she said the doctor will call you then. I said ok great. Today 11am no call..11:30am..no call. So I called myself. I said hi I was waiting for a call like we spoke about a few days ago but nobody called me so I am calling back. Katie said oh well the doctor said just make an appointment. I said the doctor cant even get on the phone for 5 minutes to answer my questions? You promised me I would talk to the doctor over and over again but I never did. Katie said if you dont like it you can go somewhere else. She said that to me with a mean tone to her voice. That was so unprofessional, rude, and unkind of her. Katie learn how to do your job better and also learn how to talk to people better because that was so unnecessary. You rather for patients to go somewhere else instead of finding a solution because you got frustrated with me how sad. I cant even get my questions answered. Unbelievable! Smh!

Finished my procedure very quick over all would recommend him 10/10 times
