  If I could leave less than one star I would this particular company reached out to me on care.com. I spoke with them we set up a meeting. I drove two hours to meet them at my mother‘s house. 30 minutes prior to the appointment they call and tell me they’ll be unable to make it. i’m not gonna get into the personal details of why they said. But it was very disappointing. I was told they would call me later that day and make it to me as soon as they could after four voicemails I’ve left. They never contacted me back. A week later I was contacted and assured that this is not the way they run their company and they would reach back out to me when things settled down for them in a week or so. I was also told that they already had the caregivers picked out after telling me of their personal situation. I told them I would pray for them. I was very gracious about what happened. Now, three weeks later, I’ve not heard a word from them . I spoke with staff member yesterday told him who I was and was assured I would receive a phone call back after three hours of waiting. I called the company back. It just kept going to an answering machine. I called and left a message for the owner who is the one that I’ve been dealing with all this timeno answer not picking up their phone. I just want to say this is very unprofessional. It put us in a huge bind thinking we had caregiving set up. I would think twice before you deal with this company.

  My grandma had to move in with me for health reasons and between working full time and caring for her I didn’t know how I was gonna do it especially during Covid times so I started my search and came across Forget Me Not Senior Services I was met with a very friendly tone she walked me through everything and got us setup with a great caregiver for my grandma someone I can trust to keep her safe and happy while I can’t

  The care team was soooo nice and helpful. They provide me with 24 hour caregivers I could contact. I was able to get in touch with staff very quickly. Someone was always available. They seem to be a very hands on company which I didn't get with other places that I called. All my concerns I had they took the time to answer my questions and put my mind at ease. Actually talked to owner at one point, thought that was nice to put a voice and name to the place I was looking into for care. I happy with our services and would recommend calling them and letting the staff help you with your family or friends needs.
