I was exactly 5 min late due to all the people in the building and they cancelled my appointment. Waste of time and terrible customer service. Sorry her name escapes me a day later. What I didn't know. That lady was about to get off work. I think she decided to stay cause she could tell I was already invested in our connection. She was patient and cheerful! A lot better than I would have been at the end of my workday. LOL. In my defense I had no idea, she gave me no clue and stayed engaged. She was so nice and made my day once we both agreed on the frame that was "all me" LOL
