Between the this YMCA not having the facilities that others have like the hot tub or steam room and children running around in the gym workout area running into people it is truly disappointing. But what really made me give them a one star review was being called during my workout on my last day of the membership being told I was not allowed to be in the facility. I was paid up through the last day of the month and the system beeped me in but this rude lady called me to tell me that I wasn’t allowed. It was rude, unprofessional and unacceptable to treat me like I was doing something wrong.

No. We know that you will find great value in your Y membership, however, should you decide to cancel for any reason, you must submit your cancellation request in writing on or before the 20th of the month prior to your next draft date.

You are welcome to bring a guest with you. Each guest can visit up to two times per year.
I have a YMCA gift card. What can I use it for?
Gift cards are redeemable for programs, merchandise, and membership. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

With a Y membership, you have access to all 24 branches of the Gateway Region YMCA in Missouri and Illinois.
Does the Y offer a military discount?
