He went absolutely above and beyond to help us find the right pair, and worked THROUGH problems, not creating them. This is hard to find anywhere today, let alone at a glasses store. What you typically find is someone couldn't care less and ready to create problems so you can go away, not Mike! We not only had all of our questions/concerns/details addressed, but he walked outside to get a transition lense to change color, just to show us how they looked. Amazing!
