1 star — extremely poor experience
I held off leaving a review to allow opportunity for establishment to rectify concerns but with each encounter the experiences became more and more disappointing. Initially, I had the first scheduled appointment of the day for eye exam but experienced long wait times and watched three other customers be seen before me. There was a complete lack of transparency throughout my visits. Multiple staff members gave me false information: two provided incorrect pricing details and two others misled me about product availability. I was overcharged and services/items were added to my bill without my consent. When I asked for a breakdown of charges, no one could explain them — I was simply told “our receipts are wacky.”
It took a very long time for my eyeglasses to arrive and nearly two months for the trial lenses. After roughly five visits to the store I still don’t have what I came in for. Staff appeared more interested in selling and upselling than in providing customer service or resolving issues.
I will not return and I will be filing a complaint with the BBB seeking a refund for services and insurance payments for items I never received. Not recommended.
